Upgrade to 1.9.2.4 - new products list

I am new to Magento and need some help.

Can you tell me exactly where to see al the extensions in a 1.9 installation?

I know some need updated but don't know where to find them

Have you checked the Magento Connect Manager? It is where you can upgrade your extensions or install new ones. To access it go to http://your-site.com/downloader
