wget 1.9.2 url?

I have searched all over the internet and cannot find the location of 1.9.2 for downloading via wget command line.

Will anyone ever take 1.9.1 down and put up 1.9.2

Because, currently there isn't a 1.9.2.0 download link you can use with wget. I know, I tried.

BTW, for Magento's information, using wget or curl to bring over the install package is common install practice for those of us who've been stinkarooed by the Magento Community installer, whether gui or command line. Just adds another annoying step, you have to access a website which requires a login, download a package, then sftp it up to the server instead of having the server directly pull it.
