404 for /api/xmlrpc/

Hi

I'm trying to connect the Zapier API service to my Magento Community Edition v2.1.2 installation. I get a 404 error when I added the API info to the Zapier website. 

I investigated and found that I should get an XML response when I visit

[MY WEBSITE]/api/xmlrpc/

But I get a 404.

Can someone suggest where I'm going wrong?

Hi,

Just searching the same answer as you...

"Zapier utilizes the XML-RPC v1 API of Magento."

from official zapier documentation.

"Magento 2 ships with a SOAP and REST based API. There is no longer an XML-RPC based API."

from here.

So, I'd say Zapier does not support Magento version 2.
