After installation of magento 2 on local system. My front-end works but my back-end is shows a blank screen? Let me know what am i missing ?

Did you see any errors in log file(var/logs/exception.log)

Please check var/logs if there any error in logs. or run below commands once:

chmod -R 0777 var/ pub/ generated/
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
php bin/magento cache:flush
chmod -R 0777 var/ pub/ generated/

There is no such file in log. but in var/log/ i have debug.log and system.log
