Blank page when starting to install magento 2.1.3

I've copied magento 2.1.3 in root and trying to install but I see just a blank page. any suggestion please.

Hi @bakhtyari,

Probably you're getting some error 500. Can you check your Aapche error logs?

Are you using nginx? If yes there is a "bug" with the standard nginx configuration file - you can find a solution on GitHub. Also magento refuses to ad this fix to any update... totally do not understand!

Magento need ICONV php extension installed in server, issue has been resolved.
