Trygin to install Magento but the setup wizard only shows this:

screenshot-www.fasicare.co.th-2017-07-01-17-18-35.jpg

Failed to load resource: /shop/setup/index.php/landing-installer the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Hi @knittdolln,

Can you check on your webserver error log? The error 500 is a general error and you'll find some clue on that log probably.

Re: Can't install Magento2, setup installation process does not even start.

Hi @knittdolln,

Did you set an https environment? Is it possible for you to remove the open_basedir just to be sure?

Are you trying to install a fresh Magento copy or is it an ongoing project? I'm not sure why the installer is trying to access to /etc/pki/tls/certs.

Re: Can't install Magento2, setup installation process does not even start.

i sloved this problem with add "disable-tls": true in composer.json file like this:

    "config": {
        "use-include-path": true,
		"disable-tls": true
    },

Re: Can't install Magento2, setup installation process does not even start.

Thanks a lot! It solved problem where below error was shown:

[root-directory]/setup/index.php/landing-installer 500 (Internal Server Error)

angular.js:7715

Since, I am working on local environment so disabling SSL/TLS is not an issue...
