Composer install failed to download magento2-base from repo.magento.com

Hello,

at the moment I have issue with downloading package from repo.magento.com (worked fine yesterday when I tried last time):

I have the same issue for 2.4.5-p12 and also 2.4.7-p6

Is there some issue currently with repo.magento.com?

Not sure about global problem but repo.magento.com working fine for me while installing new version.

I suggest to verify username and password once in ~/home/user/.config/composer

      "password": "<secret‑key‑from‑Marketplace>"
    }
  }
}

You can try below as well once

composer clear‑cache

In case of composer timeout or network error try below one time

COMPOSER_PROCESS_TIMEOUT=2000
