Data Migration Error - Integrity constraint violation

Hi,

 

I'm in the process of installing Magento 2 and migrating everything from my Magento 1 installation. 

 

However whilst running the data migration tool, it gets stuck on:

 

[2017-10-09 08:14:33][INFO][mode: data][stage: data migration][step: Map Step]: started

33% [=========>------------------] Remaining Time: 3 mins

 

The error it outputs is:

 

 [PDOException]                                                                               

 SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' 

 

Any ideas how to fix this?

use   bin/magento migrate:data -vvv  path_to_config.xml   for more detail
