ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS - ISSUES

Hi Guys.

new to Magento, ive installed a fresh copy of Magento 2.1.7 CE and i keep getting the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

i have not modified the .htaccess
cookie domain is set to correct domain

i have tried running Magento on 
PHP 5.6 / 7  and i get the same issue

Hi @Mathewbuer,

1) Did you set your instance to use secure URL's?

2) Is your domain http://localhost/ or are you using a qulified doman name?
