Error in Web Setup Wizard

Hi all,

I am currently in the middle of an extremely odd problem. I was attempting to install a plugin using the web setup wizard, however, it failed so my developer installed the plugin using terminal. However, when I go back to the web setup wizard now the page is stuck with the following text and I am unable to navigate away:

Is there anyway I can stop this process or reset the web setup wizard?
