Error message following installation

Hello,  I get the following message when I install Magento and not being tech savy I have absolutely no idea what it means and on reading the documentation confuse myself even further.  Can someone please explain to me how I fix this in layman's terms?  Please....

You need to reindex all your index elements.

Follow bellow steps

1. Go to your root folder of your magento2 installation directory

2. Execute below command to run the indexing 

php bin/magento  index:reindex

Customer Grid index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:00
Category Products index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:00
Product Categories index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:00

Product EAV index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:02
Catalog Search index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:02
Stock index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:00
Catalog Rule Product index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:02
Catalog Product Rule index has been rebuilt successfully in 00:00:00
