How to install Magento 2 Sample Data using PHPMyAdmin after install?

I am using cPanel and I am curious if there is a way to install the Sample data after the install using something like FTP or PHPMyAdmin?

Or, if somebody could just tell me how I can simply recreate the Luma theme's front image display (slideshow) so I can use that as a template, that would be great
