How to set different price for different options (Values of the Attribute)?

Prescription glasses lenses have different types: say single vision, bifocals, progressives under the lens. How to set a different price for a different lens?

You can create a configurable product based on lence_type. In configurable product you can set different product price for each associated simple products.
