Installling SSR service on Magento Cloud

We have a Magento Cloud client project due to start imminently. We are exploring ways of delivering a PWA (including PWA studio but also alternatives). Is it possible to install the https://github.com/GoogleChrome/rendertron service on Magento Cloud to enable server-side rendering of PWAs, or is this prohibited in the same way that 3rd party apps such as Wordpress are?

@onstateIf you are using starter plan then you won't be able to do it. If you are on a Pro plan then you have slight chance to get it installed on staging/Production. You need to connect with your launch manager who can quickly get you update on the same.
