M2.3 Extension Install - Conflicting Component Dependcy

On my 2.3.1 site I am trying to install the Olark extension (amongst others), and as usual it's failing the readiness check, citing 'Conflicting component dependencies'. There is no detail, and I do not see anything in the log files. Is there specific place to check for more detail?

In the past I would just copy the files over to App/Code and run composer install, but I don't know what to name the folder. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, You can remove the module from App/code and install via composer and check. is it working fine or not. 

if not then you can get some error when try to install via composer. 

also automatically installed the dependent extensions once you try to install it via composer.
