I have installed magento 2.1.3, with all the pre defined requirements, but when i launched the home page from localhost, the css and js was not loaded properly, although i have run all the commands required for it, as I am using Ubuntu.
When i checked it through the console, it was showing like this :
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) :
http://127.0.0.1/magento2/pub/static/version1482327417/frontend/Magento/luma/en_US/css/styles-l.css
Now, here I dont understand, Why & How, the version142327417 folder is there in the url???????????????????????
