Magento 2 and Nginx error

Hello all. I am installing Magento Enterprise edition on a Virtual Box Ubuntu 16.04 PHP 7.1

I am working through the devdocs

So i have installed magento via composer so all the files are there, did all the permissions. Finally to the go to your site.

I have finally made it to going to my site http://localhost/magento and i get a

403 Nginx Forbidden error.

My guess is its permissions I have ran the permissions from the devdocs

I have read somewhere about adding do the nginx.conf.sample inside the magento folder but that is to no luck as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
