This is my first time installing Magento. I'm at this step:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php
But when I try that, I get the following message:
"WARNING: add-apt-repository is broken with non-UTF-8 locales, see
https://github.com/oerdnj/deb.sury.org/issues/56 for workaround"
When I visit the above link - I do see some comments, but no solid indication that a workaround exists. If someone could please explain how I should proceed from here - I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
