Dear Community,
this is my first Magento installation and have a problem. After the installation completed the administration page cannot be accessed. Also not the store.
Did the following:
created on the domain a sub-directory named magento
unzipped Magento-CE-2.1.8-2017-08-08-04-18-25 into this directory
Opened a browser and entered: http://url of my domain/magento/install
Declared the store-url to be the url of my domain. Magento created an admin_ account and I have set an own encryption.
