Menu for Customers, Sales, Products etc on magento 2.1.2

Hello,

I installed magento 2.1.2 and the installation was finished with success but I can see in admin mode only Dashboard, I have no menu on Sales, Producs, Customers, etc. Why?

I installed: http://localhost/magento/index.php

and I access it like;

http://192.168.1.100/magento/admin

I put correct in the web part of installation 192.168.1.100.
