Migration Tool 1.8 > 2.0.7 - settings migration fails

Hi,

I am trying to migrate a site from 1.8 to 2.0.7. Each time I run the migration command: 

bin/magento migrate:settings {<path to config.xml>}

I get:

[2016-07-07 19:00:21][INFO][mode: settings][stage: integrity check][step: Settings Step]: started
[2016-07-07 19:00:21][INFO][mode: settings][stage: integrity check][step: Stores Step]: started

then I get the message: [Migration\Exception]   Integrity Check failed

I have looked at the migration log and all it lists in the 2 lines above. No error messages. 

Any clues?

Feel likes it is no reason. If it is too difficult to solve, I suggest you to migrate again with http://tinyurl.com/grpxncs. Hope it helpful for you. It is as same as migration tool.

You need a clean Magento 2 database (straight after installation, no reindexing, no activity etc).
