No images shown in dashboard

I installed magento 2.2.6 (with data) in XAMMP. However, when I enter the admin panel, you do not show me the images and I can not navigate through the menu options, see images:

Hello @becavas,

There is something look like permission issue so Please start XAMMP with administrator and let me know if you still get same issue
