Magento 2.4.6 p13 with PHP 8.1 is currently PCI compliant as both are still supported versions.
However, PHP 8.1 reaches the end of security support in December 2025, so to remain fully PCI compliant after that, you should upgrade to PHP 8.2 or higher.
Keep in mind, PCI compliance also depends on several other factors, such as your payment gateway setup, hosting environment, and how cardholder data is processed or stored.
If your payment gateway is fully PCI compliant and you don’t handle card data directly on your server, your overall PCI scope and risk remain minimal.
