PHP Extension phar. missing

Hi, 

I'm new to magento, and i uploaded every folder to my ftp server.
While doing the check i got 1 error it says:

PHP Extensions Check

1 missing PHP extensions. Hide detail

The best way to resolve this is to install the correct missing extensions. The exact fix depends on our server, your host, and other system variables.

The file which is missing is PHP Extension phar. I search localy in folder but cannot find anywhere to upload, also no download.

I hope you guys can help me out with this one.

You need to install phar extension from below links in your server to run your site, Your site have a missing phar extension.

phar extension

After installing extension restart server to see effect of phar extension of php.

I downloaded the PHAR folder from your link, after unzip the folder i got lot of files.
Must I upload the files in the root of my server with filezilla?
