1) run rm -rf var command
2) run php bin/magento setup:di:compile command

Possible Solution 3 :
- Go to database SELECT * FROM core_config_data WHERE path = 'web/seo/use_rewrites' and if its value is 1 then make it 0
- Run this query - insert core_config_data (config_id, scope, scope_id, path, value) values (null, 'default', 0, 'dev/static/sign', 0);
