Shipping Table Setup Magento 2.0

Hi,  I am trying to setup the shipping table in Magento 2.0

In the Admin / Stores /  Configuration /  Sales /  Shipping Method 

Using the Demo Data.  There is free shipping,  flat rate,  Table Rates,  extra

I am trying to configure the table rates. 

Example for ground shipment 

$0-$199.99 want $16 shipping

200-499.99 want $24 shipping 

But I don't see the button to enter the table info?

Shift your 'store-view' in the upper left. Then you have the option to "EXPORT CSV", which you can then create your tables and reupload them.

and before doing that, make sure to enable table rate shipping under the "Default Store View".

That that helps a bit.   That was not obvious to a new user. 

Is it possible to use multiple table rates?  

like Ground Table Rate?

Air ship Table Rate?
