I'm receiving some strange errors on var/log folder there are bunch of similar errors too…I don't know what does it meant to says, can someone explain about this…How do i fix this? the above is the most recent error log, At this time the site was displaying There has been an error processing your request and after few sec it came back to normal. Also i have noticed that the RAM is dying to process this error.

I have made some modification on MySQL like increasing innodb_buffer_pool_size 128M to 256M max_connection 100 to 200. Restarted MySql several times also but nothing worked.

Re: There has been an error processing your request M 2.3.4

Typically this error means your connection to MySQL is configured incorrectly.

Can you share your app/env.php configuration (masking the user/pass) and make sure your MySQL is listening on the correct IP/Port?

Without further info I will take a gut guess and say you are connecting to your database server as "localhost"? If so try changing it to "127.0.0.1" and see if it helps.

Re: There has been an error processing your request M 2.3.4

Yes, that is the correct file.

Under this line:-

                'host' => 'localhost',

Try changing it to:-

                'host' => '127.0.0.1',

Re: There has been an error processing your request M 2.3.4

Why would i change it to ip?. localhost is what the default value isn't it?. it worked properly for all those years.

Re: There has been an error processing your request M 2.3.4

Hi @winson_joseph , did you then solve the problem?

Re: There has been an error processing your request M 2.3.4

Hello @winson_joseph

Here is the solution to your query:

→ First of all, connect your Magento 2 Server using SSH/FTP

Then, open Error log files from the var/report folder

Navigate the file which holds the same number as the error log record number

→ Now, check the content for the error. This log file content tells you everything about the error. So, you can follow the details and resolve the issue.

If Magento does not show Error Log, then follow the below steps:

σ Switch to the Developer Mode

σ Open[Magento Root Directory]/app/bootstrap.php

σ Add: error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set('display_errors', 1); $_SERVER['MAGE_MODE'] = 'developer';

σ Above code will show you a detailed error message, that will help you to solve the error.

→ That’s it!
