There has been an error processing your request

Hi,

 

I know it's already asked, but most of the time with different errors.

I did a fresh install Magento 2.1.3 online with Softaculous installer and can't get into the admin panel.

 

Error:

According to the following Github Issue, that is a Softaculous issue.

Look at the second comment in the following URL: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/5506
