Unable to install Magento on wamp server

Hi All,

 

I am very new to this forum and Magento as well.

 

I am trying to do the installation of Magento over window server 2012 , but could not be succeeded.
Following steps I tried:-

1. I installed wamp server

2. I changed port of apache to 8081

3. I copied the file of Magento which I downloaded 

4. When I click that installation file of Magento on browser then getting error.

Suggest me how to proceed.

Hello,

 

Try to install Magento 2.1 version on your wamp. 

Kindly check the PHP version must be PHP 5.6.40

Please share the error you are facing.

 

Magetno 2 needs to have some prerequisites, You can follow official documentation
