Update Error

Hi, after installation of Magento while moving my store from shopify to Magento my pc got stucked the mouse cursor stucked the keyboard keys also not working. I have core i7 7th generation pc with a latest gaming mice and keyboard before installing Magento my pc is working fine after that this problem raise what should i do ?

Click Restart

Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode

Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode.

Log in

Press Windows key + X

Click Device Manager

Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers at the bottom

Right click each entry then click uninstall

Exit then restart

Windows 10 will then redetect them.

Check if they then work.
