I didn't find a post about this, so I'm not sure if this has been answered previously or not. But does Magento 2.4 support the latest version of Ubuntu? If not, which version of Ubuntu should I get?

You can use Ubuntu20.04.1LTS release. I am running Magento 2.3.5-p2 on it.
