Worst experience for installing Magento and login

Dear all,

I am new here but I have a handful of experience working with adobe products and 3ds max, as well as developed several websites. but this place is the worst experience I ever had. there is no guideline visible for customers to download and install Magento,  next point, after installing I have created my account, But the problem is, when I want to log in, I am asked to type the e-mail id and password. Then, I have typed several times the same e-mail id. My effort took several times to log in, now I have landed in a desert. 

Can anyone guide me in this darkness?

Sorry to hear that you had difficulty installing Magento.

Did you check the official documentation? https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/install-gde/bk-install-guide.html

Using Composer is the more extended (and easy) way to install Magento.
