can not use RDS as databse in 2.0 installation fails

im installing magento 2.0.14 on ec2 with apache2 and php with RDS mysql as database but installation fails. But its works on apachefriends xampp. Here is screenshot of problem.Capture.PNGCapture2.PNGCapture3.PNG
