css not loading and admin not working

hi all

i have just installed magento 2. it is installed successfully but css is not loading on frontend.

admin url is also redirecting on 404 page.

please help.

i am using apache and php 7.2

Also make sure that you have ".htaccess" file in the pub/static folder.
