discontinued in June 2020 as well as the version of Magento 2 community.
Hello,
My name is Peter, a developer who works at e-commerce.
I have a question.
My Company coworker tells me that Magento told you that support will be discontinued in June 2020 as well as the version of Magento 2 community.
I've never heard of this before, and I wonder if it's true. I searched for this on search sites and so on, but I couldn't find it.
If this is an official matter for us, please let us know if you have a website URL with an official statement about it.
I'm very sorry to contact you on holiday.
Please give us a quick feedback.
Thank you.

A company employee told me that magento 2 was also discontinued support in June next year.

Re: discontinued in June 2020 as well as the version of Magento 2 community.
Hi @peter_lee3
I don't think that they are going to discontinue Magento 2 Open Source (Magento 2 community edition) there is no official information about it. The official statement is about Magento1x release.
You may contact @msavich for more information.
