how to upgrade PHP 5.6.14 to php7

Hi there 

My PHP Version is 5.6.14 but I want to upgrade it to PHP 7 becasue I want to install magento2 

I don't know how to do this upgrade exactly 

can anyone help me ?

right now when I want to install magento cms on this current php version ,I get this message ( the image below)

and I don't know how to fix it
