installing magento 2.2.3 on xamp windows localhost

After installing magento 2.2.3 on my xampp test server on my windows local machine after a successful install page i get this when visiting home page or after login in to backend:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in C:\xampp\htdocs\xxxx\generated\code\Magento\Catalog\Model\ResourceModel\Product\Interceptor.php on line 11".

ok already answered in another post i dont know how to link it but the solution is

You need to run below command,

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
