Where I can download the magento 2 enterprise edition ? Seems it is not available in partner portal ?

Hi @garanIyn, right now there is no general access to the Magento 2 Enterprise Edition. You will need to wait for GA in Q4.

GA in Q4 is only a Community edition but not an Enterprise Edition, is it correct?

That is incorrect @darshan_cignex. EE is also Q4.
