need help for install magento 2

hi 

i want to install the magento 2.3.3 with sample data on my host 

but when i extract the files and i enter the address i get this error  ::

An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details. Could not write error message to log. Please use developer mode to see the message.

i searched for the developer mode and i find the log

this is the log :

main.CRITICAL: Warning: openlog() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/magentop/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Handler/SyslogHandler.php

can you help me to fix this? thanks

It looks like this is related to php version. Please switch php version to supported php version only. Thanks
