strange "error"

After the M2.1.1 is installed, many parts were lacked. No any error tips during the installation.

And this interface is not showed normally.

Check your permissions and try clearing cache/generating static files from command line. Also check the browser console, it looks like some JS is failing to load (and possibly other resources).  If the install process didn't have any errors its likely a configuration issue and not something wrong in the install itself.
