Not allowed to download Magento Commerce

Hi Magento,

It looks like i'm not allowed to download the Magento Commerce/Enterprise edition.

composer create-project --repository-url=https://repo.magento.com/ magento/project-enterprise-edition .

The error i'm facing when running the above command is: 

[InvalidArgumentException]
Could not find package magento/project-enterprise-edition with stability stable.

The Public Key i'm using is: 16d9c9769031fb72d9f60cc2e8365243

According the documentation my account is probably not authorized to download Magento EE.

If you receive this error after creating authentication keys as discussed previously, your account might not be authorized to download Magento EE. Contact Magento support to resolve the issue.

Could you please resolve this?

Are you a enterprise user ? - Enterprise Edition (Commerce) is only available for enterprise users who has purchased the magento2 EE.

its not downloadable for general user.

you needed Enterprise User - Public Key and Private Key to download this.

Yes I am an enterprise user.

I do have a paid invoice on this account with a M2 License Subscription.

Within the marketplace I created a new Public and Private Key.

And with those keys I tried to download EE, but unfortunately that's not working.

Then might be you have different issue - Kindly follow below steps : 

For assistance with your Magento Enterprise software, please do the following:

1. Login to your Magento Commerce account at SUPPORT.MAGENTO.COM
2. Go to Support > Open a Ticket
3. Click on Open New Ticket
4. Enter the required information and click Submit

I already logged in at with my enterprise account at support.magento.com

There is no such thing as "support" over there.

There is no such option like "create a new ticket" which is described https://support.magento.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000913794#support-tickets.

Any ideas?

I contacted our account manager from Magento.

He fixed the authorization, everything works fine now.
