Magento 2 errore 500 al login

Salve a tutti. Ho un Magento 2 che mi fa uno strano scherzo..ho un utente che quando prova a fare il login come cliente riceve errore 500 dopo circa 45 secondi in cui la pagina prova a caricare..siamo sicuri che fino a qualche giorno fa tutto funzionava..nn so più dove sbattere la testa vi è mai successo? can you please check logs and post here logs error.

or try to run below commands if they can help:

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:flush
chmod -R 0777 var/ pub/ generated/

this is what i have in the log of my plesk:

i'm running now magento on php 7.1.25 as fpm application on apache.

Yesterday i tried to run magento on php 7.1.25 as fastcgi application and i had this error while i was trying to login

- [Tue Jan 15 23:35:54.823583 2019] [fcgid:error] [pid 11989:tid 139707831920512] mod_fcgid: process /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper(17350) exit(communication error), get signal 11, possible coredump generated

Any ideas?

è un errore di configurazione server che non fa girare bene magento. Senti il tuo sistemista

Sono io il mio sistemista ahah...ti giuro l'ho analizzato tutto il server ma non ne esco fuori...poi soprattutto perchè me lo fa su alcuni e su altri no?anche a livello di database non ci vedo niente di strano...

aahahaah togli il fastcgi e metti fpm che risorse hai? non vorrei che allroa sia un problema di magento che satura risorse o cose del genere
