Mail riepilogo ordine non contiene prodotti acquistati

Salve a tutti,

quando si effettua un acquisto sul noi sito (Magento versione 2.3.4) arriva la mail di riepilogo ordine ma non contiene la "tabella" con i prodotti acquistati, il totale pagato e tutto il resto.

Mi sembra strano perché nel codice della mail dovrebbe esserci, qualche suggerimento?
