Problema Iva(Tax) nel checkout

Ciao, sto avendo un problema in un sito programmato in magento 1.9, nel checkout il prezzo dei prodotti viene scorporato dell'iva, però rimane uguale a quello ivato, e il prezzo totale tasse escluse dovrebbe essere il totale, il problema l'ho riscontrato solamente nel checkout mentre nel carrello no.

I Have already set this option but the error is only on checkout phase, while in order recap in the admin panel and in the cart the calculation is correct

I forgot to send an example

Price of the product incl tax: 22.50 euro

qty:2

subtotal: 45 euro

shipping cost: 12 euro

total excl. taxes: 57 euro

taxes: 10.28 euro

total incl. taxes: 67.28 euro 

 *The total incl taxes would be 57 euro instead 67.28 euro

 The error is this, appear only in checkout, while in a recap order in admin panel and in cart the data is correct
