Hi just installed Magento 2 clean and want to migrate my 1.9 products across to play with the site with a view to migrating. However, the migration tool only supports 1.0.0-beta not the release version 100.0.2. How can I do it?

As a variant, you can install the Magento 2 Beta, import the data, and then upgrade your store to the Release.
Or just wait for Data Migration tool update.
Or fix the Data Migration tool (it is Open Source).
Cool. Certainly the migration tool is designed to migrate data from 1.9 to Magento 2.0. I look forward to hearing how you go!
