If you would like to get technical help, there are a number of official partners listed on the magento.com site. I am also sure you can ask around the forums and get some people interested in helping. This area is intended for asking about architectural or future directions. I am not sure exactly what the problem is you are asking for help on - do you have the cron jobs installed as per the Magento installation instructions?
