Hi,

I am new to magento. I want to have store that can store 500000 products and run smoothly. Is it possible to do that in magento and also i want to import all this product from amazon using amazon aws affiliate api.

I will be very happy if you can give me proper suggestion and guideline on this. And the hosting and necessary applications that can help me.

Magento will be able to run 500,000 sku's without any issue

The Amazon API will work with one product at a time. You will want to choose the RESTful api for speed. You can import your products in advance using the dataflow tool
