£15 OFF when you spend over £60

Hi there

I'm a relative newby and Ive a problem which has been driving me MAD!!!

I'm trying to set up - (and when tested discount code not applied!)

£5 OFF when you spend £25 £10 OFF when you spend £40 £15 OFF when you spend £60

THIS IS THE £10 off example ...where am I going wrong?! PLEASE!
