Hi, our business takes online and offline orders - which we process manually. I need to process orders by creating admin only customers, whilst then manually proceeding through the sales process. Payments will be made by the customer either by a bank transfer or by calling us to take an over the phone live payment. This will enable us to have all orders both online and offline centralised for reporting purposes.
However, the payment methods are not activiated when creating an order for an admin only customer. How can we activate payment methods: - bank transfer & phone payment for admin only customers? Either it's something I can do or I'll delegate it to my webdeveloper?
