While I am browsing Product through  Shop By Brands then I am getting actual amount of product. But If I search the Brand I am getting 2 product of that Brand.

Why it is happening ?

You need to check via the Admin panel if the Brand attribute is searchable in your store

Thanks @Amasty for your reply. I checked that and found Brand attribute is searchable. I think there is extension installed which is search autocomplete. That extension is creating the issue. I disabled the extension but it is still working.

Then I believe you should contact the developer of this extension and find out how it can be disabled completely to check if it causes the problems with the brand search.
